My name is Royanna Thomas, and I am a real estate agent with Brokers 12 in Minot, ND, although I service all northwestern North Dakota. I am not originally from Minot, ND but it has quickly stolen my heart and become home. My family values the small-town feel and warm community aspects of this beautiful town.

I am originally from a very small town in Western Pennsylvania. After graduating from Franklin Area High School, I chose to enlist in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where I specialized in surgical technology. During this time, I also studied Health Services Management from the University of Maryland and gained a deeper understanding of business processes and management.

I served in Rota, Spain for the majority of my enlistment. I met my husband while stationed overseas, and he is still currently serving in the United States Air Force. Together we share the most beautiful daughter and a golden retriever. I was honorably discharged from the Navy in May 2020, and started developing my career in real estate.

I have a passion for real estate and helping people, and I have loved every moment since my switch to this rewarding career. In 2021, I was voted one of the best Realtors in Minot through the Minot Daily News and was awarded the Rookie of the Year from The Minot Board of Realtors.
