Hi, I’m Kelsey Bercier — a licensed REALTOR® serving Minot, North Dakota and the surrounding communities. I was born and raised in Minot and feel incredibly grateful to call this area home. I’ve been licensed since 2018 and bring over eight years of real estate experience, along with a strong background in marketing and business management. I graduated from Minot High School and Minot State University, where I studied Marketing and Business Management. That education continues to shape the way I approach real estate today — with strategy, organization, and attention to detail always at the forefront.

Around town, you’ve probably seen the Team Rockstars name — that’s us! I’m lucky to work alongside DelRae Zimmerman, my full-time REALTOR® partner and mentor. We’ve worked together since 2014, and our partnership allows us to bring strong collaboration, sharp attention to detail, and a positive, enjoyable experience to every client we work with.

On a personal level, I understand homeownership firsthand. My husband and I purchased our first home in 2019 and have spent the years since tackling projects big and small — giving me valuable insight into the pride, challenges, and decision-making that come with owning a home. We’re also proud parents to our two daughters, Audrey and Lainey, who keep life busy and full as they grow, head to school, and stay active with their many activities.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find my family and me at our lake place during the summer months. We love spending weekends on the water — fishing, beach days, and simply cruising with our girls. Between school schedules, activities, and family time, life stays busy, and I truly value the lifestyle our community offers.

I’m known for being organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, and I stay current on market trends, continuing education, and evolving strategies to ensure my clients receive the best possible experience.
