Hi! I’m DelRae Zimmerman, a proud REALTOR® who’s been helping people buy and sell homes since 2004. I first moved to the Minot area in 1996 after growing up on a dairy farm — so hard work is simply in my DNA! I graduated from Towner High School and then from Minot State University with a double major in accounting and finance.

Real estate has always been my passion, and I feel incredibly lucky to have built a career that brings new people, new challenges, and endless opportunities every single day. Along the way, I’ve earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations, and I’m proud to have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers confidently navigate their real estate journeys. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently been recognized as a Top Producer in the Minot market and was honored as one of Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 agents in 2011 — the first ever for North Dakota! I was also humbled to receive the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Minot State University in 2016.

Around town, you’ve probably seen the Team Rockstars name — that’s me! I’m lucky to work alongside an amazing full-time REALTOR®, Kelsey Bercier, who’s been my partner-in-real-estate since 2014. Together, we bring unmatched dedication, sharp attention to detail, and (let’s be honest) a lot of fun to every client we work with.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family — my husband Matt (owner of Geinert Built, specializing in new home construction) and our two amazing daughters, Ivy and Violet. Somehow they’re already 12 and 10 — how did that happen?! Ivy attends South Prairie (Go Royals!) and Violet is at Hoeven Elementary.

As a family, we’re always on the go. We spend our summers at the lake, winters sneaking away to Arizona, and year-round chasing travel basketball tournaments and all things volleyball (our newest obsession!). We also share our home with Eve, our tiny-but-mighty toy Australian Shepherd, who is hands down the best dog ever.
