I started my full-time real estate career in 2006 in Minot, ND.  The REALTOR® who helped me find my new home, asked me to join her real estate company because she thought I could flourish in the profession. She was right!

For me, real estate was a natural fit and those with whom I have worked with would agree.  The idea of helping people move forward with their home selling and/or buying process is appealing to me as I believe I have the ability to assist in ways most people do not think of when they think of a REALTOR®. I am a good problem solver!

I find that being a great REALTOR® takes a multitude of skills:

  • I engage my creative side when I list a home,
    making certain that the house is prepped correctly for the public to see

  • I take all the pictures and edit them

  • I write all the property descriptions 

  • I oversee all the marketing for the home
    along with our two; full-time administrative assistant and marketing specialist

  • I use my personal skills to build strong relationships
    with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers and support people to the industry

  • My negotiating skills are strong, effective, and insightful.
    I believe it is key to communicate, cooperate, and exercise patience

I feel that it is my passion to assist others to create positive changes and to do so with professionalism, honesty, integrity, full commitment, cooperation and a willingness to serve. I believe that if I do my job properly, my clients can enjoy a positive experience and outcome.

COne year ago I was working with Chery Bourdeau to purchase my first house. Chery’s knowledge, motivation, intuition and personality all make her amazing. She challenged me all through the hunting process, making sure I made the most informed and best decision for me. Chery is not a person that will stand by and let someone make a decision without genuinely offering advice and her opinion. Her honesty was immediately apparent to me which really put me at ease. Her patience was also very apparent once my endless questions started. She never failed to happily answer ALL of them with an added “You’re doing great, you’re going to be fine.” It was difficult to tell who was more excited on closing day, Chery or me.
