Hello! My name is Ashley Houim.

I’ve been calling Minot home for 5 years now with my husband Michael, (who is also a realtor/broker here at Brokers 12!), and our two kids, Karina and Jax. I graduated from Rugby High School and attended Minot State University and then North Dakota State University where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science in 2014. After working as a licensed veterinary technician for a few years my husband and I started our family which is when I decided to become a stay-at-home mom.

Through the years we have bought, flipped, and sold many properties of our own, and watching a house transform into a home is an awesome adventure to be a part of! After personally going through these transactions multiple times, I have been able to learn so much of the requirements for these life changing decisions!

I enjoy helping people, and together with my husband, we will make sure each client feels confident during the process and has a positive and enjoyable experience while buying or selling.
