Alyx Pederson was absolutely wonderful handling the purchase of my home.  She listened to what I wanted and showed properties that matched my criteria.  She was always available for questions, kept in touch with the bank so she knew how the loan was progressing, and kept me informed in a very timely manner.  The closing was challenging because the owner passed away three days before the closing date.  The title company discovered an issue in the wording of the will which meant a judge had to be involved.  Again, Alyx kept me informed and made sure all of the parties involved were getting the correct paperwork done.  This was a challenging sale, to say the least, but Alyx made sure everything was done well and in a timely manner.  I would recommend Alyx to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
