Hi there! I’m Erica Alstad, your go-to Real Estate Broker.

I’m a proud North Dakota native who grew up in Bottineau and Lake Metigoshe before graduating from UND. After spending time in Dallas, Texas and Green Bay, Wisconsin I found my way back home, and I’ve been in Minot since 2008, raising my family and building a life in the Magic City. Minot has been home in the truest sense of the word and helping others find that same sense of home is what drives my work in real estate.

I began my real estate career in 2022, bringing with me years of leadership, organization, and people-first problem solving. Before becoming a Broker-Owner, I spent years as a school principal, leading teams, managing complex situations, and advocating for people every single day. That experience translates beautifully into real estate. I bring strong communication, organization, negotiation, and calm-under-pressure decision-making to every transaction. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and you deserve someone who is prepared, detail-oriented, and fully in your corner.

My goal is to elevate your real estate experience by making the process clear, efficient, and as stress-free as possible, from our first conversation to the day you get the keys (and beyond!).

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the gym, going for walks, playing with my two springer spaniels, spending time with my two daughters and husband, or tackling a good crossword puzzle. I believe the best real estate experiences are built on trust, connection, and a little bit of fun along the way.
