Cindy Semmens was born here in Minot and is a current North Dakota resident. She has been a REALTOR® since March 2007 and is a member of CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), Minot Multiple Listing Service, Minot Board of REALTORS®, North Dakota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Cindy has been to four REALTORS® conferences and is looking forward to the next one. She enjoys going to conferences, webinares, and classes to keep up-to-date and learn how to serve clients better. In addition to being an active, full-time REALTOR, Cindy is also a member of Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross MASS Care Team, Minot Fire Department CERT Team, Social Services Home Heath/Respite Caregiver substitute and on call Residential Aid at the Wellington. Having worked at REM and MVAW for over 15 years she earned her Advanced Developmental Disabilities certification at Minot State University.
