Marsha was first licensed in 1995. Her career began in the fast-paced Seattle market where properties often sell in an afternoon to multiple offers. From Seattle, she moved her business to western Colorado and now calls Minot, ND home. She has taught first time buyer classes and acted as a mentor for new agents in the Colorado market. Marsha earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation in 1998, GRI designation (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) in 2006 and e-PRO designation in 2008. Since moving to Minot, Marsha earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 2009. She continues in the same focused tradition of making transactions as problem-free and positive as possible. Prior to her real estate career, Marsha represented actors for film, radio, and television and found that she had a natural affinity for tough negotiation and "agenting". A little known fact about Marsha: she is a professional actress, belonging to both Screen Actors Guild and Actor's Equity Association and has appeared on Broadway and such famous venues as Radio City Music Hall and Seattle Repertory Theatre. Since retiring from the non-profit world of theatre, she believes in and participates in the arts community, civic and charitable organizations city-wide.
